This Privacy Policy explains how Remaroo™ (“Remaroo” or the “App”), developed by LunarDan LLC (“LunarDan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), stores and otherwise handles information. It also explains how LunarDan handles information you provide when contacting us by email.
Remaroo stores information locally on your device, including goal data, reminder settings, completion progress, and limited records indicating that you agreed to Remaroo’s Terms of Use and acknowledged its Privacy Policy. The App does not transmit any of this locally stored information to LunarDan as part of its operation.
Remaroo™ does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the app.
The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide personal details in order to use it.
Goal names, optional notes, selected icons, daily target settings, activation dates, reminder settings, and completion progress are stored locally on your device so they remain available when you use Remaroo™.
Remaroo™ stores all goal data, reminder settings, and completion progress locally on your device. Remaroo™ does not transmit this information to LunarDan LLC or to third parties.
Remaroo™ does not use external servers or databases to store your information.
LunarDan LLC cannot access, recover, or delete this locally stored app data for you.
Before completing first-use setup and using Remaroo, you must agree to its Terms of Use and acknowledge its Privacy Policy. If one or both documents are updated, or if Remaroo cannot find a complete locally stored record, you must complete the applicable steps before continuing to use the app.
Remaroo stores the version numbers of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and the dates and times of your agreement and acknowledgment in the app’s local storage on your device. Remaroo uses these records only to determine whether the applicable legal screens have been completed and whether updated documents should be presented. The records do not contain your name, email address, account information, or other information that directly identifies you.
Remaroo does not transmit these records to LunarDan LLC or third parties as part of the app’s operation. LunarDan LLC does not operate a system that allows it to remotely access, retrieve, modify, or delete them. Resetting progress, deleting an individual goal, or deleting all goals does not remove these records. Deleting Remaroo removes the locally stored records from that device, while offloading the app may preserve its local data for later reinstallation.
These records may be included in an iCloud or computer backup or transferred through Apple’s device-transfer features. A copy may therefore remain in a backup or later be restored or transferred to another device, depending on the user’s settings and actions, as well as Apple’s backup and transfer behavior.
Goal names, optional notes, selected icons, daily target settings, activation dates, and reminder settings remain stored locally on the device until the user changes or deletes them. Daily completion progress is stored locally and resets when Remaroo recognizes a new calendar day, or when the user resets or deletes it.
Deleting an individual goal removes that goal’s locally stored data. Delete All Goals removes the locally stored data for every goal, but general app preferences remain.
Deleting Remaroo™ removes its locally stored app data from that device. Remaroo™ data may remain in or be restored from an iCloud or computer backup, depending on the user’s backup settings and Apple’s backup behavior.
Goal settings, activation dates, and progress are stored locally on the device and are used for in-app habit tracking behavior. Remaroo does not schedule notifications for individual goals.
Users may optionally enable Reminders, which schedule up to five general repeating local notifications each day at times selected by the user. These reminders are general reminders to open Remaroo and are not associated with a particular goal.
iPhone Settings controls whether notifications from Remaroo are permitted and how they appear or sound. Users may revoke or restore notification permission at any time. Turning off Reminders or notification permission does not delete goals or progress. Reminder notification content remains on the device and is not transmitted to LunarDan LLC.
Remaroo™ does not use analytics services, advertising frameworks, tracking technologies, or third-party data collection tools.
The app does not integrate third-party analytics providers, advertising networks, tracking services, or external data collection SDKs.
Remaroo™ does not require an internet connection to function.
Remaroo™ stores app data locally on your device and does not transmit or store that data on external servers. Device backups may contain copies as described above, and no device, operating system, or software application can guarantee absolute security.
Remaroo™ does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date and make the current policy available within the app and on our website.
Remaroo™ is a simple daily habit and goal tracker. It is not an alarm clock, calendar service, medical reminder system, emergency alert system, or deadline-management tool.
Do not rely on Remaroo™ as your sole method for managing, confirming, or completing any task, including waking up, medication, appointments, safety-related tasks, emergencies, deadlines, or any other urgent or time-sensitive responsibility.
If enabled, Reminders schedule up to five general repeating local notifications each day at times selected by the user. Delivery may be delayed, missed, silenced, disabled, or unavailable due to device settings or other factors outside Remaroo™’s control.
Notification permissions, Focus modes, device and battery settings, operating system behavior, whether the device is powered on, and other factors outside Remaroo™’s control may affect delivery.

If you contact LunarDan LLC by email, your email address, message, attachments, and related technical or delivery information may be received, stored, or processed by LunarDan LLC and by the email, spam-filtering, security, and other service providers involved in sending, receiving, protecting, and managing the communication.
Email may not be completely secure. Please do not email passwords, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information.
Email information may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
