These Terms of Use supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”) applicable to Remaroo™. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.
By downloading, accessing, or using Remaroo™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
Remaroo™ is an everyday task-tracking and visual check-off app that lets users break goals into Checkpoints with chosen times and track what they have marked complete.
Remaroo™ is not an alarm clock, calendar service, medical reminder system, emergency alert system, or deadline-management tool.

It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Users should contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service regarding medical concerns, medication decisions, emergencies, or other health-related matters.
Remaroo™, including its name, branding, logos, design, software, source code, graphics, text, and other app content, is owned by LunarDan LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to users.
Users may not use Remaroo™ for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the app or its operation.
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its systems, or related services; copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law; or otherwise misuse the app in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Remaroo™ is an everyday task-tracking and visual check-off app that lets users break goals into Checkpoints with chosen times and track what they have marked complete. Users are solely responsible for completing, verifying, and managing their own tasks, activities, medications, care routines, appointments, deadlines, and other obligations.
A completed or checked item reflects only that it was marked as completed within the app. Remaroo™ does not verify whether the underlying task, activity, or obligation was actually completed.
Notifications, alerts, reminders, and app records are provided as optional convenience features and may be delayed, missed, inaccurate, disabled, or unavailable due to device settings, Focus modes, notification permissions, battery settings, operating system behavior, user error, or technical issues.
Remaroo™ uses the date, time, and time zone configured on the device. Changes to those settings may affect Checkpoint timing, notifications, and daily progress resets. Daily progress resets are not guaranteed to appear at exactly midnight; they are applied when Remaroo next refreshes or is opened after the calendar date changes.
Do not rely on Remaroo™ as your sole method for managing, confirming, or completing any task, including waking up, medication, appointments, safety-related tasks, emergencies, deadlines, or any other urgent or time-sensitive responsibility. By using the app, you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for managing your own tasks, routines, appointments, deadlines, medications, and responsibilities.
Users are responsible for reviewing, managing, and verifying their own goals, checkpoints, reminders, records, and data entered into the app.
Remaroo™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of user-entered information, reminders, notifications, or records.
Remaroo™ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LunarDan LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LunarDan LLC, the developer of Remaroo™, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the app.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from missed reminders, missed notifications, missed appointments, missed deadlines, medication errors, data loss, device issues, business interruption, or other losses resulting from the use of the app.
Remaroo™ may be changed, updated, modified, interrupted, suspended, discontinued, or become unavailable at any time, with or without notice. LunarDan LLC does not guarantee that the app, its features, or its services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.
Information stored in Remaroo™ may be lost, corrupted, deleted, or become unavailable due to device failure, operating system changes, app removal, software errors, user actions, or other technical issues. Users should keep separate copies of any important information stored in the app.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the Last Updated date and make the current Terms available within the app and on our website.
Your continued use of Remaroo™ after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
